Seasonal Availability

Appointments are made only by using the website on-line scheduling tool. Times are secured on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is no restriction on how far in advance a booking may be made.

For packages only, availability/appointment times are shown after payment is completed.

To view availability prior to payment for packages,

1.   First select “Private Golf Instruction”

2.   Choose a date on the calendar

3.   View available times in the pop-up (see below)

4.   Then return to Choose Appointment, and select the Individual Lesson or Package, purchase the package and then return to book the appointment.

Once the booking process has been completed, the system will send a confirmation email with a booking code. This is used to later book the remaining lessons.

A notice of the booking is sent to Lortan Golf and the booking is automatically registered on the calendar. You will be met at Coyote Ridge Golf Club around the range and practice area at the scheduled time.

If you need to reschedule, this can be done using the booking confirmation or the calendar entry. The system will only allow reschedules up to the day before the lesson date.
